Abbey Leisure Centre provides a range of weekly fitness classes suited to all ages and abilities. From circuits to cycling and bodytone to boxercise, the fitness programme at Abbey Leisure Centre has something for everyone. All classes are held by our fully qualified instructors. Highlighted below is our full range of fitness classes.

A great class to learn the basics of step aerobics! If you have never stepped before this is a great class to learn how. This class provides a great aerobic workout and is great for improving muscle tone, and it's fun! |

| This class incorporates the use of floor work and hand weights. Sculpt N Tone provides a complete body workout helping to achieve an overall better body shape. A great class for toning up bums and tums! |
A fun 1 hour aerobics sessions followed by a 1 hour game of badminton or a relaxing sauna and steam room session. Swimming is also available for an extra charge. This class is great for relaxing and socialising. |

| A great class to improve your overall fitness. A hugely popular class, incorporates cardiovascular and strength training as you work against the clock. Great for all levels of fitness, work to your own pace at each station and watch your fitness levels soar week on week. |
An aerobic style workout with a twist! Incorporates aerobics and basic dance steps for a high energy workout. Every class is held with a D.J. and pumping tunes. |

The indoor fitness revolution! Instructor led, group workout carried out on our high-tech spin cycles. Classes are carried out to motivating music at varying intensities. Indoor spin' cycling is the latest fitness craze. Low impact and great for fat burning! 1 session can burn up to 700 calories. Cyclone is provided at three levels to suit all ages and abilities.
