Indoors (Abbey, Tadcaster)
The Sports Hall can be hired for a number of activities including badminton, basketball and 5-a-side football.

Tae Kwon Do (Tadcaster)
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art. It is basically a striking art with the emphasis on kicking techniques.

Solarium (Tadcaster)
For that natural looking tan. Why not try our 60 tube sun shower? Our progress built solarium room has extra ventilation for comfort. Bookings are required for all solarium sessions.

Gymnastics (Tadcaster)
This is a structured programme which aims to develop gymnastic skills, physical strength and agility.

Fitness Classes (Tadcaster)
A range of weekly fitness classes are available form relaxing Pilates to high intensity indoor cycling. There is something for everyone. Please contact Abbey / Tadcaster for details.

Fitness Suite (Tadcaster)
The Health & Fitness suites, focused on making fitness fun. Call now to book an induction at either of our superbly equipped centres.

Junior Fitness (Tadcaster)
Supervised fitness suite sessions especially designed for 13-16 year olds.

Wick-Kid (Abbey, Tadcaster)
The school holiday activity club for ages 8-14 years olds. Includes swimming and multi-sports. Look out for WICK-ID in the school holidays!

Crèche (Abbey, Tadcaster)
Child supervision is available at various times. Call Abbey or Tadcaster Leisure Centre for all Crèche times.

Fitness Suite Selby and Tadcaster Leisure Centre

Bookings can be made up to seven days in advance starting form the times above.

Please note: last entry is 30 minutes before closing time each day.

If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the full price of the activity will be charged.

Please note: badminton courts booked alongside any of our regular activities may be liable to disturbance.

Children's Birthday Parties

Bouncing castle, football and skate parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays at the following times:

Saturdays 11.30am to 1.00pm - 1.15pm to 2,45pm - 3.00pm to 4.30pm Available form mid March to October inclusive

Sundays 11.00am to 12.30pm if no availability on Saturdays.

Parties comprise 45 minutes of one of the above activities in the sports hall and 45 minutes in the multi purpose area for you to serve your food.

Exercise Referral Scheme

We are part of the York Primary Care Trust GP referral scheme. Ask you doctor if his practice participates in this scheme.
